a childhood summer fave made better for you and the planet! image getting this from the ice cream truck- swoon!
Ingredients
1/4 cup coconut oil
vanilla ice cream
hazelnuts, crushed
salt
ice cream cones
Directions
- add the tbh and coconut oil to a microwave safe bowl
and melt for about 1 minute in the microwave.
additionally, you can do this over low heat on the
stove. - stir well until smooth and combined.
- scoop out ice cream onto a plate and drizzle the tbh
magic shell over the scoops and sprinkle them with
chopped hazelnuts and a pinch of salt. - place the plate of ice cream scoops back into the
freezer to set for 1 minute. - remove the ice cream scoops from the freezer and
top them onto your cones. - enjoy!
